Caterpillar book for kids

We did this little project on afternoon a few weeks ago to hasten spring's arrival. (If we draw caterpillars and butterflies, then maybe some will show up in our garden sometime soon...this is what we were thinking at the time anyway! :) ) 

Ten Little Caterpillars has beautiful artwork by the amazingly talented Lois Ehlert. The kids had fun drawing on little index cards. Sometimes just changing the paper is half the fun.

I have no idea what we'll do with all our little nature cards, but I'm sure we'll think of something!
