Vintage christmas light wreath

I saw this wreath on Danielle Thompsons' blog last year and began the hunt for pretty vintage lights so I could make my own!

After several etsy searches, I found what I was looking for and packed the lights away until earlier last week.

Hot gluing them onto the wreath form was relatively easy, and somehow I got the bow to work as well.

I was hoping to hang this guy up on my front door, but it wouldn't lay flat against the door with the hanger I had, so I felt it would be safer inside.

There is something about Christmas that makes me want to make every single craft project I see! What about you? Any holiday crafts up your sleeves for the next few weeks?
