My Beastly Book of Tangled Tinsel: 140 Ways to Doodle, Scribble, Color and Draw

Have you seen these fun books yet? We already had the fairy tale version of this book (My Beastly Book of Twisted Tales) and love it. I received this one in the mail last week and am looking forward to letting the girls have some fun with it after Thanksgiving!

Instead of being a regular coloring book, this book suggests fun things for kids to do to the pictures like "Sick of snowmen? Draw a snow goat." or "Finish the second half of the tree and color it pink." Also, "Draw Santa's father."

It's a big book, so there is no way we'll do all of the pages this year, but I like that we can pick and choose a few fun ones and have a few laughs together.

It's full of Santa, presents, reindeer, and stocking-related themes, so if you aren't into those, this book probably isn't for you, but if you are--it's pretty cute!
