the migrant worker experience through a child's eyes

Amelia's Road by Linda Jacobs Altman

Amelia's family moves around following the harvest. They live in temporary housing and she changes schools every few months.

She's tired of it and wants to have a place she belongs.

I love how this book shows an experience different than our own and opens my kids eyes up to the way other children live.

Any good books to recommend to me? :) Happy weekend!
