With our flower theme, I thought it would be fun to learn about Georgia O'Keefe.
Georgia O'Keeffe (Getting to Know the World's Greatest Artists)
I found this to be very accessible for a 5 year old. It had just enough information and read like a story, so it kept her interest. Also, there were plenty of large photos of her artwork, so that in itself was captivating enough.

I'm thinking some Georgia O'Keefe inspired artwork like this is up next. What do you think? Any suggestions we should try out?

Our library also had this collection. It is geared towards adults, so we didn't read it together, just looked at all the images.
