twiddle bugs

I found some clay in the back of our craft cabinet the other day and we ended up making twiddle bugs and flowers out of it. 

Juliet ran and got Twiddlebugs at Work so we could make them "just like in the book." 

It was a fun activity and one you could do with your kids with any book, really. Just have them find a favorite book, open it up to their favorite page and start making what you see!
