I shared some valentines day books with you yesterday, so I thought I'd repost a few of our valentine crafts from last year to get the ball rolling with the red, pink, and white goodness of February.

I always love using what you already have sitting around the house for craft time. Here are two to start with: Have any cupcake liners laying around the kitchen? Use them to make flowers like these or flatten them out like these to make lovely awards.

I used wipe tops to craft these knock knock valentines for Juliet last year. She loved opening the door to find the surprise inside.

Never mind that he is missing a few arms...(sorry, little guy!)
What are your favorite valentine card supplies?

They're super cute. And think of it this way, the rest of the octopus is under still in the door.
That's a good way of looking at it, Ticia. :)
I need to come up with something cute for my daughter's classmates. Hard to believe February is approaching so quickly!
I know--it really sneaks up on you, doesn't it?
Sooo cute! Wow, it's coming fast...it'll be my boyfriend's and my 4 year anniversary. Maybe I'll make him a knock-knock card! :)
Happy anniversary! I think he'd love a knock knock valentine! :)
So cute! this definitely gave me an idea for Valentines! I will consider doing this one! :)
I love these Valentine's Day crafts! They are too adorable! I uploaded our version of one of your crafts to your Flickr Group!
