I'm not a big baker/cooker/kitchen food preparer. I like to eat food, but I really just don't enjoy making it. So, it is a rare day when Juliet and I try out a recipe. But this is one I had to try. It looked like I could handle it and it didn't involve the oven, so we gave the bluberry bliss popsicles a try.
We had a bunch of blueberries from our blueberry picking outing, but this recipe called for us to use most of our hard-picked pound. (2 cups!)
They ended up being very tasty and refreshing--exactly what I was hoping for. You can find the recipe we used on Handmade News.
These popsicles were another fun activity to go along with Blueberries for Sal

We made these today with frozen blueberries-- tasty! Thanks for the recipe link.
How did yours turn out so light colored and where did you buy your popsicle molds?
