What Time is it, Mr. Crocodile? by Judy Sierra, Illustrated by Doug Cushman
A crocodile plans his day (it's all scheduled out by time on the first page). Mostly, he is busy trying to find ways to catch some pesky monkeys (so he can eat them for dinner, of course), but in the end he fails and decides that he was "rude, with a bad attitude and would much rather have them as friends than as food."
There are clocks on all the pages showing what time it is--great if you have a child just learning to tell time. We did not pay much attention to the clocks--the monkeys were far too amusing. Plus, I can't tell time unless it is digital anyways.
Just kidding. Sorta.
