Dreaming by Bobette McCarthy
A little dog falls asleep in his bed only to wake in a dream that begins with the sea creeping through his door. He sails away in a boat "awash and away, [he] drifts through the night, through mizzle and moonmist, through darkness, through light." Juliet is especially enchanted with the page that shows a cat cloud hugging the moon. Except she doesn't believe it's a cat. She insists that it is a dog. "Look mama," she says, "that puppy is hugging the moon!"
